14-Day Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Be in its original packaging.
- Include proof of purchase or your order number.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with the correct return instructions and return address.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at austenjama@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We'll work quickly to resolve the problem through a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns cannot be accepted for:
- Used or damaged items caused by misuse.
- Items returned without their original packaging.
- Gift cards (if applicable).
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please request a return first. Once your return has been approved, you may place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
